The pharmacy is divided into areas, according to the products being sold, the desired shopping experience and the brand positioning. Special care has been taken to ensure that customer traffic flows and covers the whole pharmacy. Every product is organised into categories and, to facilitate the identification of products, lamps/bags have been designed with the name of the category, thus making it very easy for the customer to shop alone. What a surprise when you stop in front of the counter and discover that the medications are presented on a large periodic table! This immediately brings out a smile, something which definitely makes the shopping experience memorable.
An area specialising in dermo-cosmetics containing a “make-up bar” where technology is used to provide the customer with an analysis of their skin and the most suitable combination of cosmetic products.
